We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
- Pitch company products/services and conduct client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
