Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi,Jharkhand. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting ppts and developing client relationships. The specialist will work closely with customers to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive the growth of the company's operations in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Strong ppt representation Skills for explaining product, assessing client needs, and devising effective strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and negotiate effectively
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Customer Service aptitude, emphasizing relationship building and client satisfaction
• Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy sector or a similar industry is advantageous.
