₹80,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives

Role Summary

our company is scaling as a luxury fragrance house across India and select international markets. We are hiring a senior Business Development leader to drive revenue growth, premium distribution expansion, international business development, and corporate/B2B sales, while protecting luxury brand equity, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Ownership & Sales Growth

Own monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets across India and international markets.

Build and execute growth plans covering pipeline creation, conversion, repeat orders, and account expansion.

Lead forecasting and performance tracking through structured reporting (CRM/Sheets), including weekly pipeline reviews.

  1. National Expansion (India)

Open premium doors across India: luxury perfumeries, concept stores, premium salons/spas, boutiques, premium gifting stores, and hotels.

Build and manage a network of high-quality distributors/stockists (where relevant) with clear territory plans and service standards.

Negotiate commercial terms: margins, MOQs, credit cycles, visibility/display commitments, and annual business plans.

  1. International Expansion (Exports & Distribution)

Identify and onboard international distributors/agents in priority markets (UK/USA/EU/GCC/SEA/others as per strategy).

Lead distributor negotiations and closures: export pricing, MOQs, payment terms, contracts, and replenishment cycles.

Coordinate export readiness with internal teams: documentation, labeling, compliance alignment, and logistics execution.

  1. Corporate / B2B Sales (Mandatory)

Drive high-value corporate orders including corporate gifting, festive gifting, hospitality procurement, wedding/event gifting, and bulk premium orders.

Build and manage a corporate pipeline: lead generation, outreach, sampling, proposals, negotiation, closure, and repeat cycles.

Create curated gifting solutions (bundles, premium packaging options, custom notes) and manage end-to-end execution with operations.

  1. Key Accounts & Strategic Partnerships

Manage and grow key accounts with focus on sell-through, reorder rate, and premium brand placement.

Build collaborations with luxury ecosystem partners: hospitality groups, concierge networks, fashion/lifestyle brands, premium gifting houses, wedding planners, and event companies.

Plan and execute premium activations: private launches, VIP scent experiences, curated sampling programs aligned with luxury positioning.

  1. Luxury Governance & Brand Protection

Maintain pricing integrity: discount control, ASP protection, and prevention of unauthorized resellers.

Ensure premium retail standards: merchandising, tester availability, staff alignment, and consistent brand presentation.

Revenue achievement (India + international)

Premium doors opened, retention, and reorder performance

Sell-through rate, reorder rate, and inventory turns

International distributor onboarding + repeat purchase cycles

Corporate/B2B revenue, conversion rate, and repeat accounts

ASP stability, discount compliance, and channel discipline

Candidate Profile

Must-have

Proven sales growth record in premium/luxury categories with measurable outcomes.

Strong experience in retail onboarding, distributor/stockist management, and negotiation.

Demonstrated ability to close premium partnerships and manage key accounts.

Strong stakeholder management and high standards for luxury presentation and customer experience.

Preferred

Experience in export/international distributor onboarding (beauty/fragrance/lifestyle).

Existing network in premium retail, hospitality, corporate gifting, or international distribution markets.

Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margins, contracts, forecasting, and revenue planning.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
