Role Description

We are seeking a Business Growth Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore. This position will involve assisting in business planning, conducting market research, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and supporting customer service initiatives. The intern will collaborate closely with various teams to develop and implement business development strategies, while also supporting communication efforts to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to refine business strategies and improve customer experiences.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients.
• Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
• Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the edtech industry is a plus
