Role Overview:
You will be joining Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa in Mumbai as a full-time Corporate Lawyer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal and regulatory affairs, providing legal advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and representing the organization in legal matters. Your tasks will also include advising on corporate governance, handling intellectual property rights, and resolving legal disputes related to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks
- Utilize strong analytical skills for conducting legal research
- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Handle intellectual property law matters and assist in dispute resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with a valid license to practice law
- Prior work experience in corporate law or a similar legal capacity
- Familiarity with contract drafting, review, and negotiations
- Sound knowledge of corporate governance and legal compliance
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
