Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand SAP / Salesforce (SFDC) data dependencies.
- Support data model design and reporting initiatives.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau / Power BI.
- Utilize SQL to query and analyze enterprise data.
- Assist in incident resolution and application enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis and Data Analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
- Understanding of SAP / Salesforce (SFDC) data.
- Experience in Tableau / Power BI reporting.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
