- Daily operations and coordination
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the café
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reporting
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
