  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  1. Job Description – Captain

Position: Restaurant Captain / Service Captain

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the service team during operations.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure timely service.
  • Train and support stewards and junior staff.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
  • Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Monitor table turnover and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
  • Solid leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  1. Job Description – Barista

Position: Barista

Department: Beverage / Café Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment properly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.
  • Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
  • Handle billing through POS systems if required.
  • Follow café recipes and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience as a barista or in café service.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.
