Position: Customer Support / Telecaller (IBL Process)
Salary: In-hand salary: ₹10,500 + Incentives
Training Details:
Training duration: 10 days
Training stipend: ₹150 per day
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational off
Requirements:
Basic to good Hindi communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly with customers
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls related to the IBL process
Provide accurate information and support to customers
Maintain call records and follow company guidelines
Achieve assigned targets and maintain service quality
Note: Only Hindi communication skills are required for this role.
