Job Title: Captain / Service Captain – Coffee Shop
Job Summary:
The Service Captain is responsible for supervising floor operations, leading the service team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining service standards in the coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts
- Ensure smooth table service and customer satisfaction
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Allocate duties and manage staff attendance
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista team
- Assist in billing, cash handling, and daily reports
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience as Captain or Senior Waiter in café/restaurant
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Ability to work shifts and handle peak hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
