Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.
Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Captain – Food & Beverage Service to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service. The candidate will be responsible for leading the service team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant service team.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Take and manage guest orders and ensure timely service.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Train and guide service staff on service standards and hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, table setup, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Monitor staff performance and assist in daily operations.
Must Have
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably as Captain or Senior Steward.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Minimum 1 – 4 years of experience in Captain F&B; service.
