Captain

The Captain is responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all operations under their command. This role requires strong leadership, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. The Captain serves as the primary authority, overseeing crew performance, operational procedures, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the crew, ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
• Make critical decisions during routine and emergency situations.
• Conduct pre-operation checks, inspections, and briefings.
• Maintain clear communication with crew, passengers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and company procedures.
• Monitor performance, discipline, and morale within the team.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Manage conflict resolution and ensure a protected, respectful environment for everyone onboard.
• Coordinate operational planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or command role.
• Relevant certification or license (depending on industry: maritime/aviation/etc.).
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
