Casualty Medical Officer

  1. All Doctors should be work in rotation shift.
  2. Only 5 late mark will be consider for 15 minutes from duty time, after that ½ day payment will deduct for each late mark. (Not a single minute is also considered)
  3. Only 30 minutes lunch break is allowed beyond that penalty will be imposed.
  4. Doctor’s cannot leave their desk / place for breakfast without permission of HR & Admin Dept.
  5. Checking complete history in view of ICD10coding.
  6. To provide emergency medical services in casualty / trauma unit and where necessary at site.
  7. Transfer to appropriate care area or other hospitals.
  8. To deal with medico legal issues.
  9. Maintenance of records.
  10. Carrying out instructions given by consultants / Residents in terms of providing first, aid, medication administration, suture removal, dressing etc.
  11. Equipment and manpower related to ambulance services.
  12. Deficiency checking of medical records.
  13. Participating in Audits, Surveys, mock drills, training, camp etc.
  14. Participation in audits and reviews.
  15. Informing Consultant about patient and prepare plan of treatment.
  16. To prepare proper Care plan & to take signatures of Consultant’s and patient’s, on consent form.
  17. Conducting patient education and counselling regarding illness, causes, treatment options available, provisional diagnosis & prognosis.
  18. Attend all emergency patients in casualty & give treatment according to consultant orders
  19. Complete all documentation of Day Care Patients Medical Record, from assessment till Discharge summery
  20. Taking part in Improvement programs, Patient Safety programs etc.
  21. Informing change in health condition of patient to consultants.
  22. Follow instructions (references, treatment plan, investigations) suggested by consultants
  23. Making entries in medical records
  24. Following all Infection control protocols and participate in various healthcare related safety and infection control programs
  25. RMO should explain the consent to patient in the language which they can understand.
  26. Act as CMO when situation demands
  27. Participate in CMEs or educational programs conducted by institute.
  28. Implementation of Hospital Policies & Procedures
  29. Check MLC record; attend court calls for patients where they act as consultant in charge or if court asks.
  30. To provide Medical support to the medical staff including doctors, nurses and pathologists regarding documentation & Practical.
  31. Perform administrative and survey of medical notes as per NABH guidelines.
  32. Report to the CEO / HR department and give feedback on the progress of his / her duties.
  33. Perform other duties as assigned.
  34. Honesty with organization.
  35. Should follow grooming standard as organization described.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
