Role Overview:
You will be joining IMW Engineering Private Limited, a rapidly growing precision engineering and manufacturing company. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a crucial role in leading the financial operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and long-term strategy. Your strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to drive financial performance and business growth will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory requirements
- Implement strong internal controls and financial discipline
- Manage banking, cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Evaluate investments, costing, and profitability
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Support expansion, capital expenditure, and modernization projects
Qualifications Required:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 520+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, MIS, costing, and compliance
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
