Chair Side Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside Assistance

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
• Ensure all required instruments and equipment are ready before the procedure.
• Provide four-handed dentistry support during treatments.
• Welcome and prepare patients for dental procedures.
• Ensure patients are comfortable and guide them through the treatment process.
• Provide basic post-treatment instructions as advised by the dentist.
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments according to clinic protocols.
• Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards in the operatory area.
• Prepare and maintain the dental chair and treatment room before and after each patient.
• Ensure dental materials and consumables are adequately stocked.
• Assist in maintaining patient records and treatment notes in the clinic software.
• Support the dentist in updating case sheets and treatment plans.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of dental instruments and procedures.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to maintain hygiene and sterilization standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a dental clinic is preferred.
• Radiography Support (if trained)
• Assist in taking dental X-rays and ensure proper patient positioning.
• Clinic Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area.
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per guidelines.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with front desk staff for patient flow and appointments.
• Support the clinical team in smooth functioning of daily operations.
• Working Hours: As per clinic shift schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
