The selected candidate will work onsite at our Chennai office and must have:
- 12-15 years of experience
- Budget: 23-35 LPA
- Mechatronics background (primary criterion), with stronger expertise in Engineering design rather than production
- Proven subject matter expertise in their portfolio
Given the criticality of this position, we request close collaboration on the interview process:
- L1 (Preliminary): Hard Technical Round via Creya AI
- L2: With COO and Group HR
- Final Round: With the technical team and directors
Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
