- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Extensive experience in Hotel / Hospitality Projects
- Strong knowledge of construction management, project execution, and site coordination
- Ability to manage large-scale hospitality infrastructure projects
- Leadership experience in handling site teams, contractors, and consultants
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil construction activities for hotel projects
- Oversee project planning, execution, and quality control
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget and standards
