As a Claims Specialist , you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, empathetic, and efficient claims experience for our customers. You'll work closely with customers, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to manage claims end-to-end — from first notification through resolution.
Manage insurance claims from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to final resolution
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the claims journey
Review claim documentation for completeness, accuracy, and policy coverage
Clearly explain claim outcomes, timelines, and next steps to customers
Track claim progress and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and CRM tools
Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and insurer-specific guidelines
Fully remote
Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities simultaneously
Comfort working with digital tools, dashboards, and documentation
Experience Guidelines (Flexible)
- Experience handling insurance claims (health, motor, commercial, or B2B preferred)
- Comfortable managing claims end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Strong claims expertise with exposure to complex cases
- Experience working with insurers, TPAs, or underwriting teams
- Experience with Australian insurance is a plus, but not mandatory — we'll train you.
