Job Location - Mumbai (Kandivali)
Mode - On-site (6 days working with alternate Saturdays off)
Job Overview - The client is a a series-B funded, last-mile tech-logistics solution provider for intra-state deliveries head-quartered in Bangalore. It offers reliable, affordable, and professional services, structured to serve enterprises. They are looking for candidates with a strong record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partnering with other teams to drive key process improvement programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for city client experience coordinate with internal (operation & Sales) and external stakeholders (Client POC)
- Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
- Assists representatives in handling disappointed customers.
- Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems.
- Trains newly hired customer service representatives
Requisites / Prerequisites:
- Graduates from tier 1/2 engineering / management colleges
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing
- Proven track record of handling escalations
- Team handling & monitoring capabilities
Preferred Industries: FMCG, Logistics, Hospitality, Mobility, Manufacturing, Retail, Ecommerce
