Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client communication and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Coordinating with Performance Marketing, Creative, SEO, Website, and Social Media teams
• Overseeing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery
• Providing consultation on digital marketing strategies
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling services

Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Digital Marketing roles
• Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships
• Strong consulting and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in Project Management, including planning and executing marketing projects
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing aspects such as Performance Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in Sales or Upselling services to existing clients
• Capability to handle multiple clients and projects concurrently
• Comfortable working in a Hybrid Work Environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
