  • Client Servicing Manager: 4–6 years
  • Client Servicing Lead: 6–8 years

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding brand requirements, developing activation solutions, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from briefing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client servicing for events, activations, and experiential campaign s • Work closely with internal teams including creative, production, and operations to deliver projects
  • Understand client briefs and develop strategic and innovative activation solutions
  • Create presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for client requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for business growth
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards and budgets

Preferred Background

  • Experience in experiential marketing agencies, event agencies, BTL activations, or advertising agencies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership of projects
