The Analyst role for Product Content involves creating, syndicating, and maintaining online product launch content. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to:

  • Create and maintain online product content within SLA, consistently delivering high-quality output.
  • Serve as a CMS expert and provide advice on technical challenges, understanding the implications of content workflow.
  • Communicate with Launch Coordinator/Lead and Launch Managers as necessary.
  • Understand business, technical, and status update requirements.
  • Update launch content in accordance with regional business unit needs.
  • Assist in generating reports requested by the client.
  • Execute requests in a timely manner based on delegated priorities.
  • Propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Adhere to defined SOPs.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, displaying a willingness to learn new skills and adapt.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree with 3-7 years of experience, including familiarity with MOSS-based CMS, web technologies such as WordPress, XML, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Jhoomla, Drupal, PHP.
  • Proficiency in digital imaging tools like Photoshop.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, with a preference for experience in writing macros.
  • The ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong content writing skills.
  • Exceptional execution abilities focusing on quality, prioritization, timeliness, and SLA adherence.
