Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced CNC VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) Operators with 2+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in SIEMENS SINUMERIK controller systems. You will work on precision sheet metal components for critical data center applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC VMC machines to produce precision sheet metal components with tight tolerances
• Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines with accuracy and efficiency
• Execute complex part programming using SIEMENS SINUMERIK controllers
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished components against technical specifications
• Maintain machine tools and ensure proper preventive maintenance schedules
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD specifications
• Meet production targets while maintaining 100% quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions independently
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CNC VMC operations
• In-depth knowledge of SIEMENS SINUMERIK controller systems (critical)
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tolerances (±0.05mm)
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and CAD blueprints
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of quality control processes and ISO standards

Preferred:

• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle)
• CNC programming (G-code, M-code)
• Training in lean manufacturing or 5S
