Job Role:
Responsible for Bkt Collection and Write-off recovery in Two Wheeler portfolio.
Managing a Team of Collection Associates / Officers and agencies.
Ensure adequate manpower and agencies for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms.
Ensure Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated.
Specific focus on Non-starters and visiting delinquent cases Co-ordination with the Sales, Credit underwriting, RIC team for portfolio quality management.
Recommend legal actions for critical cases.
No delay in deposition of money.
Key Reponsibilities:
Responsible for collection efficiency on timely manner, thus delivering targeted performance.
Responsible for Effective Cost Management.
Understanding Managing Healthy Portfolio.
