Ventura Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for commission-based business development partners / freelance sales associates across India who can help identify and bring in furniture projects.

This opportunity is suited for individuals who are already connected to the architecture, interior design, furniture, real estate, hospitality, or project sales ecosystem and are confident in sourcing leads, opening doors, and helping convert projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential furniture and outdoor furniture projects

Connect Ventura with architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality clients, and end users

Introduce and pitch Ventura products to relevant clients

Support business development conversations and project closures

Help expand Ventura’s project pipeline in different cities and regions

Candidate Profile

Existing network in architecture, interiors, furniture, hospitality, real estate, or related industries preferred

Experience in business development, project sourcing, or sales is an advantage

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Self-driven and comfortable working independently

Open to a performance-linked earning structure

Compensation Structure

This is a pure commission / profit-sharing role.

There is no fixed salary, retainer, or upfront payment associated with this opportunity. Compensation will be linked only to successful sales generated through your efforts.
