Computer Service Technician

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel for service (if required)
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware issues
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows)
- Install and update software applications
- Troubleshoot printer and peripheral device issues
- Assemble and disassemble computer systems
- Replace faulty hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.)
- Provide on-site and in-house technical support
- Maintain service records and job sheets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery
Educational Qualification
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass
- ITI (Computer Hardware / Electronics)
- Diploma in Computer Hardware / Electronics / IT
Experience
- Fresher can apply
- 0–3 years of experience in computer hardware servicing preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
