About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the International Voice Process in our Contact Center team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Provide solutions to customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Accurately document call details and update customer records.
- Meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Follow company policies and communication guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills:
- Experience in International Voice Process or BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
