Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
• Direct recruiting experience is required. Must have proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple job types.
• Experience recruiting for IT and/or Sales roles in the European region is strongly preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally OracleHR or other cloud‑based HCM platforms.
• Strong sourcing capability, including Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive outreach techniques.
• Ability to flex sourcing approaches based on role needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Working knowledge of European labour practices as they relate to recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required. Spanish or Polish is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, international workplace with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
