You will be the Corporate Head of Group insurance at Sargam Insurance Brokers Private Limited in Delhi, India. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Possessing complete knowledge of Corporate Insurance Products
- Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships
- Generating revenue for the organization according to set targets
- Analyzing cross-selling operations
- Actively participating in business development strategies
- Handling a team of 4-5 members
Qualifications Required:
- Expertise in the Insurance industry
- Proven ability in Team Management and leadership in corporate settings
- Deep knowledge of industry compliance standards and regulatory frameworks
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to drive decision-making and business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
