Job Summary:
Credifin Limited is seeking a dedicated CPA Executive with Loan Against Property (LAP) experience to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have experience handling LAP cases and coordinating the loan process from application to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process Loan Against Property (LAP) cases
- Coordinate with clients for document collection and verification
- Liaise with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely case updates
- Provide excellent client support throughout the loan process
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in LAP / mortgage loan processing or sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of loan documentation and banking procedures
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
