We’re looking for a high-converting Meta Ads Copywriter who understands performance psychology, hooks, scroll-stopping creatives, and direct-response frameworks.
You should be obsessed with:
- CTR
- Hook rate
- Thumb-stop ratio
- Conversion rate
- AOV & ROAS
- If you write emotional + data-backed + performance-driven copy — we want you.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Write high-converting ad copies for:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Reels scripts
- UGC scripts
- Static & carousel ads
- Video hooks (first 3 seconds)
- Create multiple hook variations for A/B testing
- Understand customer pain points deeply (especially women wellness & personal care)
- Align copy with landing page messaging
- Collaborate with media buyers & designers
- Analyze winning ads and iterate fast
- Write in Hinglish, Hindi, and English (depending on brand voice)
- 💡 What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in performance marketing copy
- Must have worked in D2C / health / personal care
- Strong understanding of:
- Direct response copywriting
- Consumer psychology
- Indian buying behavior
- Claims & compliance (especially wellness)
- Ability to turn comments, reviews & objections into ad angles
- Comfortable with bold tone (for imfresh) & emotional trust-building tone (for Ayuvya)
- 🧠 Bonus Points If You:
- Have scaled ads to ₹50L+/month budget
- Understand funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Can write ad scripts that look native, not “salesy”
- Can break down competitor ads and reverse engineer them
