About the Concept
EZ Masala is developing a smart cooking concept for large-scale kitchens under the model HoReCaL (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering & Langar).
Langar cooking is unique and sacred. Food is offered to Bhagwan (divine offering) before tasting, so cooks cannot adjust taste during cooking. This makes standardized, matrix-based spice solutions extremely valuable for consistency and reliability.
EZ Masala aims to simplify cooking in such environments while maintaining authentic taste and efficiency.
Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and energetic intern from Hotel Management / Culinary institutes to assist in live cooking demonstrations, product trials, and HoReCaL outreach programs.
The role will involve presenting EZ Masala as a smart shortcut cooking solution for large-scale kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live cooking demonstrations using EZ Masala
Assist in product trials in HoReCaL kitchens
Support demonstrations in retail stores, exhibitions, and food events
Interact with chefs, kitchen staff, and institutional cooks
Help document cooking results and collect feedback from kitchens
Assist in creating simple recipe demonstrations and digital content
Ideal Candidate
Student or fresh intern from Hotel Management / Culinary institutes
Interest in food innovation and large-scale cooking systems
Smart appearance and confident communication skills
Ability to explain cooking methods clearly to audiences
Creative mindset for developing quick and efficient cooking solutions
