We're looking for a Customer Support Executive for a 3-month contract to work from home. This is a great opportunity if you have at least 6 months of experience in customer support and are comfortable working in a rotational shift environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support : Provide high-quality customer support, addressing a wide range of inquiries and issues.
- Availability : Be available for 24/7 rotational shifts and work 6 days a week with one rotational day off.
- Technical Setup : You are required to have a personal laptop that meets the minimum specifications ( i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10), along with a reliable WiFi connection and a USB headset.
- Language Skills : Use your fluency in both English and Hindi to assist customers effectively.
