Job Role
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Manage order-related concerns
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills required
- Graduate and Undergraduate can apply
- Fresher and experienced candidates eligible
- Laptop with minimum 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 mandatory
- Wi-Fi connection required
- Comfortable with 6 days working and rotational week-off
Work Schedule
- 9-hour shift (8 hours production + 1 hour split breaks)
- Permanent work from home
- On-the-job training provided
