Job Role

  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Manage order-related concerns

Eligibility Criteria

  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Graduate and Undergraduate can apply
  • Fresher and experienced candidates eligible
  • Laptop with minimum 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 mandatory
  • Wi-Fi connection required
  • Comfortable with 6 days working and rotational week-off

Work Schedule

  • 9-hour shift (8 hours production + 1 hour split breaks)
  • Permanent work from home
  • On-the-job training provided
