Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop facility)
Shift & Schedule:
Night shift aligned with U.Monday to Friday working days
Fixed weekends off – Saturday & Sunday
Handle inbound calls from U.Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).
Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
