Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate (CSA) to support our logistics operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact logistics handlers and service providers to collect and verify service agreement information and maintain accurate records in our system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to logistics handlers and service providers
  • Collect and verify service agreement details
  • Update handler information in the company database or CRM
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete information
  • Maintain professional communication with partners
  • Prepare daily reports of call activities

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable making 50+ calls per day
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and computer systems
  • Experience in customer service or call center preferred
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
