Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery

Experience with wedding photography companies or in the wedding/events industry will be a plus
