Job Opportunity: Customer Care Executive

Location | BTM Layout, Bangalore

All Digi tech solution Hiring Customer Care Executives to manage banking inquiries and product sales.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales & Outreach: Contact existing customers to promote banking products.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer queries and provide service information.
  • Advisory: Assist clients in selecting appropriate banking solutions.

Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate degree
  • Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
  • Skills: Strong communication and a service-oriented attitude.

Work Details

  • Schedule: 6 days per week (Day Shift).
