• Excellent coordination and communication skills , especially with overseas partners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Negotiation and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage airline bookings and ensure timely reservation confirmations
• Negotiate rates with airlines, agents, and global partners to secure competitive pricing
• Collaborate closely with the internal operations team to align with customer expectations and shipment requirements
• Oversee and maintain accurate pricing , ensuring all quotations are competitive and up to date
• Prepare and share draft invoices with shippers once the shipment has departed
• Provide timely updates and maintain clear documentation for all shipments.
