Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shimla for a Customer Service Representative at Club My Trip. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to help customers
- Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
