Customer Relationship Officer – US Healthcare Voice Process

Location: Trivandrum (Work from Office – Elippode)

Shift: Night Shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM) | 5 Days Working

Compensation: 3 LPA-4.5 LPA (Including PF and PGDM monthly fees of ₹6,666)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • This role is only for graduates (postgraduate candidates should not apply).
  • You must have exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Pursuing the PGDM program along with this job is mandatory and non-negotiable.

About the Role:

This role sits at the intersection of customer experience and healthcare coordination not just a calling job.

You’ll be directly interacting with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in the US, helping them navigate appointments, care processes, and service queries.

The quality of your communication and accuracy of your work will directly impact patient experience — so this role demands both empathy and discipline.

The Job:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based patients and stakeholders
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and care coordination
  • Respond to service-related queries with clarity and empathy
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members
  • Ensure accurate data entry and task completion in the system
  • Follow compliance protocols and healthcare process guidelines
  • Maintain high service quality across every interaction

Ideal Candidate:

  • 0–5 years of experience in international voice process or customer support
  • Experience with US clients or healthcare processes is a strong advantage
  • Clear, confident English communication (neutral/accent preferred)
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Patient-focused mindset with a professional approach
  • Able to handle repetitive workflows without compromising quality
