Manage guest check-ins and check-outs through voice calls and chat platforms with a friendly, professional, and personalized approach.
Customer Support:
Promptly handle guest inquiries via calls and chat.
Resolve issues efficiently and provide clear, accurate information regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate closely with rental and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless guest experience across all channels.
Issue Resolution:
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented while addressing guest concerns in real time.
Skills & Requirements:Fluent spoken & written English (Mandatory)
Good typing speed with accuracy (Mandatory)
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Excel (Mandatory)
Professional email drafting & guest communication
Problem-solving & guest satisfaction handling
Team coordination & relationship building
Reservation system handling & billing support
Daily task planning & reporting
Cross-selling & guest engagement
Mentoring trainee staff
Process compliance & improvement
Cost awareness & ownership of responsibilities
