ON SITE: AHMEDABAD
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Make outbound calls to customers or partners when required.
- Contribute to improving overall client, customer, and employee experience.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- 6 months or more of customer service experience preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in travel and hospitality is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with good grammar and spelling.
- Basic computer and technical proficiency.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
