Flo Mattress is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage blended support operations across Emails, WhatsApp, Calls, and Social Media. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining high service standards across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via Email, WhatsApp, Calls, and Social Media platforms.
  • Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, replacements, and complaint resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, operations) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and quality benchmarks.
  • Proactively identify customer pain points and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 0 -2 years of experience in customer support (blended or omnichannel preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and empathy-driven approach.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume interactions across multiple platforms.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
