We are hiring enthusiastic Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive!

What You Will Do
- Handle live chat support to assist customers in real time
- Respond to customer queries via Email & WhatsApp
- Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements
- Collect and update all queries in the CRM system
- Share enquiries with the concerned departments and follow up
- Make and receive basic calls related to customer queries (non-voice + Minimal voice)
- Ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience
Who Can Apply
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn — complete training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
