Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi or Malayalam to resolve queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate product/service information, troubleshoot customer issues, and offer solutions in real-time.
  • Maintain a positive, skilled, and empathetic attitude in every customer interaction.
  • Record and document customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team for further action.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Assist in achieving team and company performance metrics such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and service standards.
  • Promote and upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
