Job Profile: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and providing excellent service through effective communication. Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are encouraged to apply.

Process: Customer Support

Shift & Schedule:

• Night Shift
• 5.5 Working Days per week
• 10-hour shift with rotational off

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset

Preferred:

• Candidates with Spanish language proficiency will be given preference

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Candidates should be willing to work from the Gurgaon office)
