• Respond to customer queries in Kannada via phone & email.
• The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints,
• Providing timely solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
