Job Title: Customer Support - USA Voice Technical Process

Job location: Zirakpur

Night Shift: Monday to Friday 9pm to 6am (without cabs)

Experience required: 1-3 yrs should be in technical voice US process (MANDATORY)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls for US customers, provide troubleshooting with the help of remote access tools & ensure high customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills for support like

  • Printer troubleshooting
  • Router configuration
  • Windows support
  • Mac support

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Retention / Tech Support / Sales
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & listening)
  • Experience handling US customers (must)
  • Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting (printer, router, windows)
  • Ability to handle objections politely
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in night shifs / US time zone (9pm to 6am)
  • Ability to work under pressure and performance metrics

Preferred Skills:

  • Min 1 - max 3 yrs experience in TECHNICAL US VOICE process is mandatory
  • Must have experience in taking international calls with USA & Canadian customers
  • Excellent communication skills is MUST as its USA process
  • Remote access tools exp like any desk, ultra viewer & team viewer
  • International BPO technical experience is MUST
