We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting business decisions through analysis and reporting.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that help drive business performance and strategy.

What You’ll DoData Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations

Reporting & Visualization

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders

Data Management

• Maintain and update databases and datasets
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Work with structured and unstructured data

Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Support ongoing projects with data insights

A Typical Day Might Include

• Cleaning and preparing datasets
• Building dashboards and reports
• Analyzing trends and summarizing insights
• Collaborating with teams on data requirements
• Participating in meetings and presenting findings

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous data analysis experience is preferred (but not required)
